A brand refresh for a redeveloped office tower in the heart of Park Avenue in New York. A custom typeface was developed as the visual backbone of the new identity and brand suite, inspired by the angular and sculptural qualities of the newly reclad podium and façade, while preserving the stature of the address as the pinnacle of commercial real estate.
